Composite bonding

Composite Bonding is a great solution in order to fill cavities, repair chipped or cracked teeth or close the gaps between teeth.

Composite bonding involves the use of a tooth-coloured resin that is applied to the tooth and then hardened using a special light. The resin then bonds the teeth together to restore functionality or to improve its appearance, or both.

Materials are placed in or around the affected teeth as required. Composite bonding could be an appropriate solution for you, if you have any of the following dental issues:

  • Gum disease.
  • Chipped or cracked teeth.
  • Discoloured teeth.
  • Gaps between the teeth.
  • Exposed gums and receding gum line.

By filling in the spaces around and within teeth, a composite bonding treatment strengthens and protects the teeth, as well as restores functionality and cosmetic appearance. Find out more about composite bonding treatments by calling Goulburn Dental Care today on (02) 4821 2531 .
